Lap Swim - Beginning June 12th lap swim hours are available at the following pools:
Hyland Hills Pool  from 5:30 - 9:00am Monday - Friday
Hyland Hills Pool from 7:00 - 9:00am Saturday
Town Hall Pool  from 8:00 - 9:00pm daily

Aqua Zumba Fitness Class - Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba ® blends the Zumba ® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba ® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
Program times:
Town Hall Pool 7:00 - 7:45pm Monday & Wednesday

Master Swim Program - We are a group of water junkies looking to meet new people, have fun and get fit. Our team members all have different goals...some want the exercise, some want to compete, but all want to improve their strokes and most importantly, have a good time!  Members must be able to swim at least a length of the pool and have some knowledge of swimming. Our Coaching staff has years of competitive swimming experience, coaching and teaching all levels of swimmers.  Each workout is designed to meet the individual needs of each of the specific groups.  Coaches work on improving stroke technique through a series of drills as well as increasing endurance and overall physical fitness.  Each coach will work with their swimmers to meet personal goals as well as those of the group. You can register for 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, 4 day, or 5 day a week practices.   You can select the days of the week you want to practice.
Program times:
Meadows Pool 6:00am - 7:00am Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Meadows Pool 7:00pm - 8:00pm Tuesday & Thursday

Pool Closings
Pools may close unexpectedly due to thunderstorms or unsanitary mishaps or periodically close early or delay opening  for special events like swim meets.  Please 'like' SR's Facebook page for  the most updated information regarding pool closings.

Pool Flag System
You'll never have to unload your car only to find the pool closed because of a swim meet, weather or a sanitation issue.  All SR pools will fly flags at their entrance signifying if the pool is open.
BLUE flag flying = pool is OPEN
RED flag flying = pool is CLOSED
