Thank you to those who came out to the Shred, Recycling and Clean Up! We collected over 5 tons of paper to be recycled. The truck was filled at about 1:30pm. To accommodate those whose paper we were unable to take TrueShred will be back at South Riding Center, May 18th 12:30-2:30pm, to collect paper only. Thank you StoneSpring Emegency Center for sponsoring this event!

Join the green revolution and volunteer your time to clean and improve areas of South Riding! Residents, local groups/troops, friends and family are asked to volunteer to collect litter and debris that has deposited or blown into natural areas over the past winter. This is a great opportunity for kids and teens looking to fulfill community service hours to get involved. Trash bags and gloves will be provided to those that participate. For more information or to register for the clean-up, please email sr-recreation@southriding.net. All Clean-Up Day participants are invited to a pizza party at noon on Sunday, April 21st, at South Riding Center, 42420 Unicorn Drive.
