To register on Armstrong Connect and access your individual account click this link. You will need your Armstrong Management 12-digit account number found on your payment coupon book to register. Owners no longer need to email Town Hall for a registration code.

How does PayLease work?
Once you are a member of PayLease, you can visit the ArmstrongConnect website and make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments.
Standard processing is 2-3 business days. Business days include Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays. It is important to remember these processing times to make a payment ON TIME. You may also make a credit card payment over the phone by calling PayLease at (866) 729-5327.
