Protective covenants have been established to guide, preserve and maintain the overall aesthetic and to establish a harmonious community. These covenants protect our common goals of maintaining our community at its best and it is important all South Riding residents are aware of the rights and responsibilities imparted by the covenants.
All homes are routinely inspected for compliance with the Design and Maintenance Standards to preserve property values and continue our vision to keep South Riding as one of the most architecturally pleasing and best-maintained communities in the area.

The Community Standards Inspectors are currently working in Sections 1A, 66, 67, 70 and 74.
