Fall Expo & Community Wide Yard Sale

With the upcoming construction at the town center and not having enough room at the South Riding Center to pair with the yard sale, we've had to relocate again to accommodate the size of this event. So, join us and the excitement at the Fall Expo!

Yard Sale Participants

Don't wait until September to start tackling your fall cleaning. It's time to gather those unwanted treasures, give them a price tag and reserve your space at this year's Fall Yard Sale. While the space is larger it is still limited and we sell out everytime.

Bare (no tables provided) spaces must be reserved in advance. $10 per space (limit 2 spaces). Paid yard sale reservations must be submitted to Town Hall by 8/27/10 and are on a first come first serve basis.

Business Expo

Bare spaces (no tables or chairs provided) are approximately 10ft x 10ft. Businesses will be positioned in the parking area differentiating you as a business, gaining great exposure with 2000-3000 people in attendance. This event will be advertised throughout South Riding as well as the surrounding area. Bare spaces are $125. With the vast number of identical "home" businesses we accept only one of its kind and the first two of similar businesses in order to maintain the integrity of the event. We may already be at capacity, but please contact the Program & Events desk as soon as possible to be included.

Directions: from 50W, turn left onto Loudoun County Pkwy into South Riding, turn right onto Riding Center Dr at stop light, cross over Tall Cedars Pkwy at 4-way stop, Dulles South Multipurpose Center will be on your left.  If you get to Freedom High School, you've gone too far.
