Summer Concert Series
What better way to kick off a summer weekend than with family, friends, neighbors, and a picnic listening to great music under the stars. We’ve broadened the variety this year with very different bands - some laid back, some high energy. The one thing they all have in common is quality and a love for their craft.
Another Level – August 6
ANOTHER LEVEL is known as one of the region's hottest bands. Each member brings a unique flavor to the group to form a soulful rendition of your favorite Motown, Hip Hop, Classic Rock, and 70's classics as well as some of today’s hits. Each member has toured with top name stars from Prince, Patti Labelle, James Brown, Earth Wind and Fire, Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes and many others! ANOTHER LEVEL’S love for music sets the standard which shows through every energetic and enthusiastic performance and their versatile talents bring new flavor to some of Motown's greatest oldies, jazz, hip hop, rock, pop, funk, and pure soul!
Swiftkick – August 13
Swiftkick is a popular Top-40 cover band based in the VA/DC/MD area. The professional 5-member group performs songs from today, as well as from the 90's, 80's, 70, & 60's. In addition to being featured in the Washington Post and other DC metro area newspapers, Swiftkick has played for and received great references from the U.S. Coast Guard, Marriott Corporation, Harley Davidson, RE/MAX, Radio Shack, McDonald Bradley Corporation, "Light the Night", Classic Rock 94.7, and many other reputatable organizations.
Right Foot Red – August 20
Right Foot Red has been described by clients, fans and planners alike as "the ultimate party band." Based out of Baltimore, MD, Right Foot Red has been bringing their unique brand of oldies and R&B, seventies funk and disco, eighties pop, and nineties and modern rock to satisfied wedding, corporate and college clients since 2002. With the ability to fit the mood and style of any event by performing in formal suits or something more "funky" (like 70s disco costumes), Right Foot Red has the versatility to fit into virtually any setting.
Mystic Vibrations – August 27
Mystic Vibrations is comprised of members from Jamaica and the USA. They are known for their uplifting stage performances and original music composition which holds steadfast to the roots of reggae music. Their songs contain conscious, heartfelt lyrics relating to love, unity, life’s daily struggles, and the revelation of truth.
