Typically residents can expect a two-week turnaround, as the Committee meets regularly on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month March thru October with one monthly meeting scheduled for the months November through February.

Applications are due by close of business on the Thursday prior to the meeting, Applications received after Thursday will be considered at the next scheduled meeting. Once a completed Application is submitted, the Committee must take action within 60 days.
