The Junior Woman’s Club of Loudoun is hosting their annual Prom Wishes. JWCL collects prom dresses and accessories and then makes them available to high school girls in the community at a one-day boutique where they can select prom attire free of charge. To make the event successful, JWCL needs new or gently worn formal dresses, shoes, purses, jewelry, accessories, and un-opened cosmetics to help every girl find the perfect dress. Donations may be left at South Riding Town Hall from February 1st – March 24th during business hours.
We have helped over thousands of young girls over the last 16 years find dresses for their proms. All dresses that are not selected are sent to another organization. Every dress finds a home. We received this message from a mom after our event two years ago, "Thank you for the beautiful dress! My daughter looked like a princess. What a wonderful service you provide for our community! Thanks so much!" This is why we do this event, to make each girl feel like a princess.
