DESCRIPTION:Meetings are scheduled for the first Wednesday of each month but occasionally scheduling conflicts require the Board to change its regularly scheduled monthly meeting date; be sure to check the website calendar.\nAt 6:00 p.m. the Board convenes into Executive Session until approximately 6:55 p.m. The Open Session portion of the meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. with a resident comment period that typically lasts for 15-20 minutes. Following this comment period, the Board will conduct business with no further participation from residents in attendance. Also, in accordance with the association Bylaws and Virginia statute, the Board may conduct an executive session during the meeting for specified purposes.\n\n
