Application for Exterior ModificationThe South Riding Proprietary Community Standards Committee July 8th 6:30 p.m. meeting will be held via video conference. Any questions or comments should be submitted to no later than 5 p.m. on July 8th.

The next Community Standards Application submission deadline is August 4th for the meeting on August 12th. Applications for In-House review may be submitted at any time. Due dates apply exclusively to Applications Requiring Committee review. (See Design Maintenance Standards page 14 for information). Any questions can be directed to

    Update 6-24-2020 On July 2nd Hyland Hills Pool (not splash park) and Meadows Pool will be opening for recreational swim as permitted in Phase 3 of the Governor’s order. Capacity is limited to accommodate the required social distancing. • Entry will be on a first come first serve basis.   • FREE Water Aerobics starting June 23rd!

    This summer we are partnering with letSwim and offering free classes to our residents. Registration is required, reserve your spot HERE. These classes are for everyone ages 13 and up.  Intensity is easily modified for all levels of fitness.  Even though they have a low impact, these classes are a total body workout that includes warm-up, aerobic, cool-down, strength & toning, and flexibility stretching. Classes are one hour in length. Class size is 12 participants.

  • Coming Soon to West Riding!

    We are excited to announce that West Riding will be getting a new, unique, custom themed park with climbing boulders and a climbing net in the open space located off Edgewater Street. Weather permitting the installation is scheduled June 29th and should be completed by mid-July. This climbing boulder themed park is going to be a first of its kind addition to South Riding.
