South Riding is considering permanently closing the SRC Cardio Gym and we need your input. The gym currently holds 6 pieces of cardio equipment. There is a $7,000.00 reserves contribution per year. The annual cost of the cardio room operation is approximately $10,000 for maintenance, supplies, replacements, and cleaning. Software replacement to reopen is a onetime cost of approximately 5,000.00. (If closing, the
existing equipment will be sold and monies returned to the reserve funds.)
