Spring Community Wide Yard Sale

What makes a community yard sale great? The whole community participates.

It’s easy and right in your own front yard. All South Riding Proprietary residents are welcome to participate. Sign up if you would like your address and items for sale advertised. We’ll publish it on our website, Facebook page and send it out in our email blasts. Each home that is registered will be included in the list of homes to visit.

Homeowners are permitted to put signs, balloons or other advertisements directing shoppers to their home on the morning of the sale, however, they MUST be removed immediately after the event.

Sign up  by midnight on Sunday May 10th, to be included on the published list. The list will not be updated after that date.

The yard sale is advertised as a rain or shine event. It is at the owner’s discretion whether or not they decide to participate.
