FACILITY RENTAL
The South Riding Center rental facility is located at 42420 Unicorn Drive and is available to rent on weekends to residents and non residents in good standing.
Popular for birthday parties and graduation events, this building can accommodate many needs. While the upper level is more formal with a catering kitchen and balcony, the lower level is perfect for smaller gatherings.

Both the Town Hall and South Riding Center Pools are available to rent for parties on the weekends from 9-11pm, after they are closed to the public.
