ASPHALT REPLACEMENT PROJECT DATES: September 8th to September 14th
**UPDATE 09/11/2020: The paving project is behind by a day for Phase 3 (Frieda Ln, Flynn Ln, Green Ginger Alley, Francis Sq) due to rain. Work will be performed on Saturday 9/12 to catch up, details below).
The community will be undergoing an asphalt rehabilitation project beginning Tuesday, 9/8 and estimated to be completed by Monday, 9/14. This work is necessary to properly maintain the roads within the community. The project will be intrusive and require the use of heavy equipment and will produce loud noise. It will take approximately 5 working days to complete the asphalt replacement.
Please see the phasing plans for additional information and project timelines. This project is weather dependent; any modification to this schedule will be provided to the community via this web page.

*GREEN – PHASE 1: Heyer Sq & Holtby Sq (Completed)
*BLUE- PHASE 2: Fretton Sq & Gwynneth Sq (Completed)
*YELLOW – PHASE 3: Frieda Ln, Flynn Ln, Green Ginger Alley, Francis Sq, Evans Sq
(Paving re-scheduled for 9/12/20)
–Saturday,September 12th (Street paving): All cars will need to be removed from street by 7:30 AM, streets will be paved.*No driving or parking on fresh paved surface for 24 hours.
–Sunday,September 13th: In the Morning cars are welcomed to return to the street.
*RED- PHASE 4: Herring Creek Dr & Katama Sq (On schedule)
-Friday, September 11th (Street Milling): All cards will need to be removed from street by 7:30 AM. Cars welcomed to return on milled street starting at 6:30pm. You can drive and park on the milled surface.
-Monday, September 14th (Street Paving): All cards will need to be removed from street by 7:30 AM. *No driving or parking on fresh paved surface for 24 hours.
-Tuesday, September 15th: In the Morning cars are welcomed to return to the street.
