Fall Yard Sale
This fall, turn your unwanted items into someone else’s treasure!
The South Riding Community Yard Sale is a great opportunity to declutter your home and give gently used items a second life.
Participating is easy! Set up a sale right in your own yard and register your address below.
We will not be holding the centralized sale this fall, as the lot will instead be used to host a second shredding event—a request we’ve received from many residents.
Registered participants will have their address and items for sale promoted on the South Riding website, Facebook page, and in our community email blasts. Your home will also be included on the official yard sale map, making it easy for shoppers to find you.
Homeowners are welcome to use signs, balloons, or small advertisements to help direct shoppers to their sale on the day of the event. Please remember to remove all signage immediately following the event.
To be included on the official yard sale list, register by midnight on Saturday, September 26th. Registrations received after that date will not be added to the published list.
