Spring Community Wide Yard Sale
The South Riding Community Yard Sale is a wonderful chance for residents to come together, declutter, and connect with neighbors.
It’s super easy to participate, whether you want to set up right in your front yard or rent a booth at South Riding Center. If you’d like your address and items for sale to be promoted, just follow the QR code below! We’ll share the details on our website, Facebook page, and in our email blasts. Each registered home will be included in the list of spots to visit, making it easier for shoppers to find you.
Homeowners are also welcome to put out signs, balloons, or small ads to help direct shoppers to their home on the day of the sale. Please remember to remove those signs immediately after the event.
For those who prefer not to share their address publicly, we offer the option to set up a booth at South Riding Center. Please note, if registration numbers are low, we may need to consider whether the yard sale at South Riding Center can continue in future seasons.
Promotion of this event in front yards will still be ongoing.
You can sign up using the QR code below anytime until midnight on Sunday, May 10th, to be included in the official list. After that date, the list won’t be updated.
The yard sale is a rain-or-shine event, but participation is completely optional—it’s up to each homeowner whether they want to join in or not.
