Great news! As of 3/27, the pier is officially OPEN again!
We understand this project has been pending for several months, and we truly appreciate your patience as we worked through the logistics of this restoration.
Securing a contractor proved challenging, as many companies in the surrounding area either do not service our community or do not work on this specific type of dock. We’re happy to share that we have now secured a qualified company to complete the work.
Recent weather and freezing conditions caused a temporary delay, but we are currently coordinating with the contractor to begin the project as soon as weather conditions allow. Our goal is to have the pier safely restored and ready for resident use as quickly as possible.
