The South Riding Proprietary Board of Directors will hold its monthly meeting at South Riding Center, 42420 Unicorn Drive. Executive Session will begin at 6 p.m. and Open Session is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. Residents are invited to join the meeting at 7 p.m.
All meetings of the Board are open to South Riding residents. At the beginning of each meeting there will be an opportunity for residents to comment or ask questions concerning matters related to the Association. Following this comment period, the Board will conduct business with no further participation from residents in attendance. Also, in accordance with the association Bylaws and Virginia statute, the Board may conduct an executive session during the meeting for specified purposes.
