Trick or Treating in the community is October 31st every year. Town Hall receives many phone calls and emails asking for the ‘official’ Trick or Treating day and time.
Understanding that some communities do set different days and times, the consensus here is, Halloween is on Halloween. The general “rule of thumb” for time, which seems to have worked over the years, is after dusk but not later than 8:30pm
